Well I just am not getting much out of DA nor do I have the time to spend doing what I need to do to get something out of it.  Frankly the Llama badges and birthdays are just kinda goofy to me and this site is becoming something I do not think will assist me and my photography in anyway any longer.  I have seen some wonderful work and ran across some very talented individuals during my time on DA.  So, in saying that I will be deleting my account soon and wish you all the best.  I would like to thank all that have supported me, my work, fav'd my work and posted comments.   They all were truly appreciated.

Spent a few hours touring around Old Jaffa in Israel.  Neat place with lots of history.  Took a few pics.

Today I received my first DD on .  I want to thank for featuring my work as a DD it is very very appreciated.  

I took this shot while traveling in Nagoya Japan.  I woke up early one morning and grabbed my camera and hit the street before breakfast.  For Japan this was an interesting time because the streets were pretty empty.  Most of the time the streets are filled with cars and people moving about and your attention or focus is drawn towards them.  But on this morning it was quiet and calm and it allowed me to view the city landscape without distraction.  I sometimes wonder if I would have stopped and taken this shot or had seen it, if it had been a different time of day.
